Is your favorite KFC item still on the menu?

In a move that’s sure to rile some fans of the Colonel, KFC is getting rid of some of your favorite foods. In an effort to add new items to menus, the fast food chain is removing five items that have become mainstays — Kentucky fried chicken wings, Nashville hot sauce, strawberry lemonade, chocolate chip cookies and popcorn chicken, according toIt’s a tactical effort by the fast food company to streamline the menu. Not all of these items were available at every location, and after gathering data on which items performed well in sales, these were the ones determined to be nixed from menus, KFC U.S.
While some fans of the fast food chain will be upset that popcorn chicken is leaving the menu, fear not. Right now, only the Popcorn Chicken Combo, which comes with a small popcorn chicken, a small fries and a drink, will be removed. KFC is keeping those little mouth-poppers in store for KFC Famous Bowls.In place of these soon-to-be-gone foods, KFC is testing new items, such as chicken wraps.
