Rishi Sunak and Sir Keir Starmer have gone head-to-head in the final PMQs before Easter recess - but it was perhaps the SNP's Stephen Flynn who hit Labour with the best attack line of the day. Meanwhile, the Lords is debating amendments to the government's controversial Rwanda plan.
The House of Lords has started its latest debate on the government's Rwanda bill, which seeks to declare the country is a safe place to send asylum seekers.A reminder that it was introduced after the Supreme Court ruled it wasn't safe.Opening proceedings, Conservative Lord Stewart says nothing in the bill 'conflicts with our international obligations' and 'new, bold, innovative solutions' are needed to tackle 'a global crisis of illegal migration'.
Peers will be considering the House of Commons' rejection of their 10 proposed amendments to the bill. Each was an attempt to water down the controversial legislation, but MPs turned them all down on Monday .Peers may well still try to get some of them included today, and send them back to the Commons to make their position clear. This process is affectionately known as 'parliamentary ping pong'.
