Police use helicopter to chase down stolen Shelby GT500 and F-150 Raptors.
A helicopter was used to track one of the Raptors to a home near West Chicago, where the driver eventually abandoned the vehicle. Police released video of the incident from the helicopter's point of view, giving us a first-hand look at how the Raptor was tracked down.
Police arrived shortly after to recover the truck, arresting three people and locating three additional stolen vehicles on the property, along with multiple sets of keys and a stolen firearm. One of the vehicles, according to the police, was athat was stolen right out of Ford's Flat Rock assembly plant earlier this year.
It's not clear at this time if the other Raptor were recovered. The investigation is ongoing, per the Michigan State Police.
