THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting assistance from the public in locating missing person Jacenia Desmoulin and her infant son, Debwewin Desmoulin.
Jacenia, 30, and Debwewin, nine months of age, were last seen on Tuesday, July 4 around 5:40 p.m. in the 400 block of Memorial Avenue. Jacenia is described as an Indigenous woman standing about 5’5”, with a light complexion and a medium/heavy build, with short, curly brown hair, and brown eyes.She was last seen wearing high-rise ripped blue jeans, a white t-shirt or tank top and white Nike Air Force shoes.
Debwewin is described as a male infant with a fair complexion, blonde hair, and blue eyes. He has two front teeth, weighs approximately 20 to 30 pounds, and was last seen wearing shorts. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to contact police at 684-1200, or submit tips anonymously via Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online at www.p3tips.com.
