A police officer who was sent to arrest Wayne Cousins after he flashed a woman 'did not bother' to collect CCTV to see if it was him The officer has since resigned from the force after selling racy pictures online...

But according to the Met, she had 'written note in the field relating to [the CCTV]' and named Couzens as the suspect soon after visiting the branch.

The Met has been accused of not doing enough to catch Couzens, who was one of its serving officers, before he committed murder'The most obvious, persuasive evidence was that she saw the number plate on the CCTV and it matched the receipt that she had kept. Ms Lee also allegedly put the receipts in her pocket rather than a plastic evidence bag, making 'no record of their existence or the fact that she had taken them'.
