The Tshwane Metro Police Department is demanding justice after a female officer was killed by her boyfriend. Constable Ramaabele Sophy Mothapo was shot and killed on Christmas Eve at her Lotus Garden home in Pretoria West. On Friday, her former lover, John Manyaba, made his first appearance at the Pretoria Magistrates Court, where he stands accused of murder. Prior to her death, Constable Mothapo had just celebrated ten years in the Tshwane Metro Police Department.
