Police and EMS were called to a Radisson Heights residence in the 2800 block of 14th Avenue S.E. for reports of an 18-month-old boy in medical distress at about 11:20 a.m. on Oct. 5, 2021. Upon arrival, police found the boy unresponsive and he was declared dead on scene despite efforts of first responders.Following a lengthy investigation, which involved speaking with witnesses, reviewing evidence and autopsy results, while also determining the events leading up to his death, it was declared a homicide.
