Two women shot dead in Chilliwack, B.C.; police searching for 50-year-old male suspect
A shooting at a home in Chilliwack, B.C. has left two women dead and one man injured.
The RCMP’s Upper Fraser Valley Regional Detachment says officers were called to the residence on McNaught Ave. near Yard Rd. at about 11 a.m. Thursday for reports of gunfire. When they arrived, they found the body of one woman, and a second woman with life-threatening gunshot wounds.The man suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated by paramedics on scene.Investigators believe the attack was targeted, and that the suspect was known to the victims.
