A missing person's appeal has tonight been urgently issued for a teenager police have classed as vulnerable.When last spotted Brandon, from West Belfast, was not wearing any shoes and police have said the 18-year-old can struggle to communicate.A statement from the PSNI on Monday night said: "Police in West Belfast are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of missing 18-year-old Brandon Botterill.

"Brandon was wearing a bright blue coat with yellow and black detail on the back, blue jeans and had no shoes on. Brandon would be described as vulnerable and can struggle to communicate.
