Police: Husband, wife die in murder-suicide in Point Loma area [Breaking]
Officers found the couple inside the home and started first aid until paramedics arrived and took over, but the man and woman died before they could be taken to a hospital, police said. Their names were not released.
Lt. Jud Campbell said homicide detectives collected evidence and interviewed witnesses at the scene. Anyone with information about the case was asked to call detectives at 531-2293 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at 580-8477.
