A man has ben charged over an incident at a Belfast City Centre hotel, which allegedly featured a gun being brandished and someone reportedly held hostage.
The 31-year-old man was charged by police on Monday, after the incident at a hotel on Ormeau Avenue on Sunday evening.Read more: Ormeau Avenue closed as armed police attend incident in Belfast city centre A police spokesperson said: "Detectives investigating reports that a man with a gun entered a hotel in the Ormeau Avenue area of Belfast on Sunday 7 May have charged a man to court.
