He pled guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday to being drunk while in charge of the little girl on July 10, 2022.The court heard that a member of the public alerted officers to Kyle who was drunk.Prosecutor Ross Canning said: "He was in a state of intoxication slurring his words and struggling to remain upright.Kyle became abusive towards the officers - shouting and swearing at them.

He said: "I'm not f***ing giving you my date of birth, what the f*** is this all about, for f*** sake." Mr Canning added: "While discussions were ongoing he kicked out at the pram when officers put hands on him causing it to roll forward while the child was still inside."Ashley Pollock, defending, told the court: "He was extremely intoxicated and he is embarrassed by what happened."The times vary from 8pm to 5am for the first three months, then 11pm to 5am for the next three months and finally the same times for the last three month which will only apply at weekends.
