Jabril Ali had been on the run for over a year, police said.
Ali is being charged with attempted murder, robbery, weapons violations, and drug sales in relation to a shooting that took place in May 2022.
It was on that date that tow truck driver Jamie King was sitting in his vehicle outside of an automotive repossession company in Chester. When he got out to lock the gate, police said Ali confronted him about a car that had been repossessed and shot him multiple times.He was shot in the head, chest and stomach, according to CBS, and had to undergo multiple surgeries, as well as speech and occupational therapy.
