John Alfred Farrell, 50, is charged with seven counts of breaching court orders and single counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking , possession of money over $5,000 knowing it was obtained by crime and assault with a weapon. Farrell and a female co-accused were recently charged with trafficking after being arrested in February in Membertou. Police seized 725 grams of cocaine and $8,000 in cash.Sentencing date scheduledJohn Hugh Serroul, 49, will be sentenced on charges of assault, resisting arrest, mischief relating to damaging a police vehicle and uttering a threat. Several other offences were dismissed.

Serroul was initially to stand trial on the charge but opted instead to enter guilty pleas.
