The site currently housesProposals put forward included plans to re-develop the site into 20 flats, with 22 parking spaces.A statement read:"In the interests of the proper planning of the area, the application contains incorrect and insufficient information to allow the application to be properly assessed.
"Specifically: No site layout plan has been provided, demonstrating the proposal's relation to neighbouring properties; no street sections have been provided, demonstrating the proposal's relation to adjacent properties on the Gallowgate and on Moore Street and Graham Square; and no daylighting assessment has been carried out of the impact on neighbouring properties."
