The proposal for the development, named Town Tower, was submitted by real estate giant CIM Group, thereported. The property is located at 325 22nd St. near the 19th Street Oakland BART Station. If completed, the tower will be 46 stories tall and contain 596 residential units. 25 of the building's nearly 600 residential units will be marked as affordable. Along with its housing units, Town Tower will include a rooftop amenities deck and retail space on the ground floor.
