A total of 35 bedrooms could be installed at the site
Offices on one of Liverpool’s busiest roads occupied by a charity aimed at supporting families could be converted into a large house of multiple occupancy.
The plans put forward by Elite Estates Development Ltd detailed how multiple bedrooms would be installed on the ground and first floors alongside the basement. External space would be changed around to accommodate bin storage. Local Solutions, a charity launched in 1974, delivers services to support individuals, families and communities across the Liverpool City Region and North Wales. Their work is focused on supporting people experiencing disadvantage, exclusion and vulnerability.
