"Upon the Company's dissolution, all property and rights vested in, or held in trust for, the Company are deemed to be bona vacantia, and will belong to the Crown." Planet X became an employee-owned company in 2019. Founder Dave Loughran said at the time that he had"been 'the man' for too long" and that he has seen "the industry grow and change and transform into something barely recognisable from the early years".
