This came in the midst of a revelation by the 55-year-old that he was yet to sign a new contract despite guiding the Brazilians to their latest trophy, the Telkom Knockout on Saturday – the ninth title in his seven-year spell with the Tshwane club.
“It’s the very first time I’m in this position. I’ve been here for seven years [and] I’ve had two contracts and there was never an issue. And I have always signed anytime, any day.“I am 55 and I want to go at 60. This is a too stressful job. So it’s my last contract and I think it might be worth it.”
