JOHANNESBURG - One witness at the PIC inquiry has described an atmosphere of fear at the institution.She's also painted an atmosphere of fear and distrust at the PIC."The PIC environment became very fearful and stressful, suspicious disgruntled and very unproductive," she said. "Especially when anonymous emails started floating around and a myriad of allegations being revealed not only to the board but also to political parties, parliament, and newspapers."The PIC inquiry is underway while there is no stable board due to mass resignations.
Former PIC board member Sandra Beswick tells the PIC that despite their resignations they were requested to continue with their duties.
