'The changes in how we work have allowed us to bring on remote talent that would otherwise have to be sourced from Phoenix alone. This way we bring national talent to our local Phoenix clients.' – Tony Felice, owner, The Felice Agency

As Covid-19 slowly fades from the banner headlines so common over the last two and a half years, advertising agencies are not rushing back to the office. They're working, but with a greater choice of where they work from.

"We continue to navigate our agency operations through Covid, which has meant prioritizing technology enhancements that allow our team members to work anywhere as well as evolving our recruitment practices to ensure we're attracting top talent, regardless of where they may live.

"For us, Covid accelerated a 5-year plan to increase staff office flexibility. Furthermore, we can see that along with that shift will come the need to balance the ratio of FTEs and contract staff." – Roger Hurni, partner and chief creative officer, Off Madison Ave. "We see that more companies are going to use agencies for work as many layoffs have occurred at the corporate level in marketing." – Jennifer Lyons, senior strategy director, Synergy Group Marketing
