Phillip Schofield breaks cover to dine with Vanessa Feltz following This Morning scandal
Phillip Schofield has broken his cover following the This Morning scandal to join his old pal and co-star Vanessa Feltz for a catch-up dinner.
After some considerable time away from the spotlight for Phillip, he and Vanessa, who are both 61, were spotted laughing and smiling as they emerged from a restaurant in West London called Little Bird on Monday night . Phillip opted to wear a plain white shirt for the outing, and teamed it with casual trousers and a navy blue jacket.Vanessa chose an off-the-shoulder floaty pink dress for her dinner reservation, adding a light sweep of makeup and a shoulder bag.
Phillip could be seen reaching up with his hand in a gesture that seemed to show him wiping away Vanessa's tears as she got emotional after their hug. “I’ve always been good friends with Holly and Phil, I’ve been on that show for years and years,” the TV personality shared. “I just feel very sorry for anybody who’s been hurt or implicated in what’s happened.“Every time I appear on it, which is twice a week for years, I always find myself watching the next item.“I’d be very, very sad if the show were to come to an end. I think it would be a shame and I also don’t think it would be necessary to do that," the star added.
