Philippe Clement will be expected to win at least one trophy this season
Philippe Clement knows that he wants to win every single gong available at Rangers in his spell at Ibrox, though it will take time - with the Belgian claiming: "I'm not a magician."
Clement has won three Belgian Pro League titles, and managed French giants Monaco for an 18-month spell - though that came to an end in the summer with the club finishing sixth in Ligue 1. Speaking in his first press conference, the Belgian said: "I already told you I want to win everything. That's the mentality I have. I want to give this mentality towards the dressing room and create more winners.
"I've had very interesting talks with Graeme Souness and the board. How are we going to do it? Creating better athletes, football players, stronger mentalities. It's time, it's a very important thing.
