Several investigations are underway after Philadelphia police say six separate shootings leave 10 people injured, four critically, and kills one, as the weekend stretches on.

A double shooting in Philadelphia's Frankford section ended with a 27-year-old suffering a gunshot wound on the 1300 block of Unity Street around 7:18 a.m. He is recovering at a local hospital in critical condition. The second victim, a 25-year-old man, was shot in the leg, and is said to be in stable condition. Police say a weapon has been recovered in this shooting.
Early Saturday afternoon, Philadelphia police report a young male, thought to be in his late teens or early 20s, was shot multiple times, including in the chest, near Kensington and Allegheny avenues, around 1:30. He was taken in a private vehicle to Temple University Hospital and placed in stable condition.
Right around 8:30 Saturday night, police were called to Germantown where they found two men in their 30s shot. One, a 32-year-old man, was critically injured after he was shot in the chest and back, while a 30-year-old man was shot in the foot.
