The findings from the Professional Game Match Officials Limited’s review into Luis Diaz’s disallowed goal is damning in its evaluation of VAR official Darren England.

- Referees will be told to 'verbalise very clearly what the on-field decision is on every occasion'. For example, Simon Hooper, the referee, should have made clear that ‘the on-field decision is disallowed goal for offside’ to England and Cook.
