The decision, if it holds, by Patriotic Alliance leader Gayton McKenzie to support a motion to remove the newly minted but hopelessly inappropriate Joburg mayor, Thapelo Amad, and its esurient and duplicitous speaker, Colleen Makhubele, may be a big moment in our politics.
