A daughter of the podiatrist, who passed away in 2007, said that she knew her father’s alleged involvement “was a favor” to the elder Trump. “I think that’s exactly what he did,” he added. “This is somebody who, I think it’s fairly obvious to most of us, took advantage of the fact that he was a child of a multi-millionaire in order to pretend to be disabled so that somebody could go to war in his place.”
