A person was shot and killed at a PSE&G office in Somerset County on Wednesday morning, authorities said. The shooting took place shortly before 10:30 a.m. at the utility company’s office on Weston Canal Road in Franklin Township, theThe victim was not identified pending family notification and a spokesman said additional information would be released later.The PSE&G building is on Weston Canal Road is a sprawling complex of offices, warehouse area and fenced lots for vehicles and equipment. It is listed as the Somerset Central Division Headquarters.
