Multiple services from Glasgow Central have been cancelled
All trains between Glasgow Central and North Ayrshire were suspended following the incident on Friday evening around 6.30pm.
A person was struck between West Kilbride and Kilwinning with disruption set to last until at least 8pm.The condition of the person struck is unknown. NEW: Sadly, a person has been struck by a train between Ardrossan South Beach and Kilwinning. No trains are running between Kilwinning, Ardrossan and Largs while the emergency services attend.
