Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards and footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain were at home with their one-year-old son before burglars broke into their home.
The couple and their baby are said to have been in the home when thieves broke in, reportedly escaping with several expensive items including designer handbags and jewellery.
Little Mix star Perrie and footballer Alex, both 29, who live in an area of Cheshire that is home to several other rich and famous residents, are said to feel like their ‘dream home’ has been ‘tarnished’ bu the incident.: ‘It’s just the most violating thing — to think that someone has been all over their belongings before they even realised what was happening is so upsetting.
‘The brazenness of doing it while they were in the house is terrifying, and obviously they’re heartbroken that a lot of valuable items which meant a great deal to them — not just financially — have been taken.’ The insider added that the couple are upping their security in the wake of the break-in but are ‘determined to get on with their lives’.The couple bought the ‘dream’ home in 2020
Cheshire Police confirmed they were called to reports of a burglary at 10.45pm on Tuesday, saying in a statement: ‘The offenders have broken into the home stealing jewellery and handbags while the occupants were inside.’
