Record 10-time African champions Al Ahly parted ways with head coach Pitso Mosimane on Monday after the former Mamelodi Sundowns boss requested to leave the club.
His exit did, however, raise concerns among South African fans for the future of countryman Percy Tau, who has endured a miss-and-hit season since joining the Egyptian side last year. There is nothing sinister behind his absence, though, as the club confirmed that the Bafana Bafana star is only returning from international duty to Egypt on the game day.
"...Percy Tau will arrive in Cairo on Wednesday, while [Tunisia international] Ali Maaloul will arrive on Thursday."
