The £3 item has been described as 'liquid gold' by some impressed shoppers who 'can't go to sleep without it'
People have said they are now getting the 'best sleep ever' thanks to an item that you can buy for as little as £3 online. Brits who find it difficult to relax or to fall asleep quickly, say the product 'works wonders' for them.
Several studies show using lavender oil for aromatherapy can improve sleep quality, especially in people who suffer with insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Other research shows lavender oil may also increase time spent in deep, slow-wave sleep. A separate study focussing on oral lavender medication suggested it can improve sleep quality and ease anxiety about as effectively as a low dose of the sedative lorazepam.
Emma added: "Best sleep ever! I put a couple of drops on my pillow and I was fast asleep straight away. Definitely had one of the best sleeps ever which is unusual for me as I'm always so stressed and unable to sleep." Colin wrote: "Lovely fragrance. Helps you sleep."
