PEOPLE are just realizing there's a specific spot to place your cart at a self-checkout machine, but others have pointed out a major flaw in the system.
One social media user took to Instagram to reveal that their mind was "blown" after seeing footage of a shopping cart fitting perfectly on one side of the self-checkout machine.
The video clip shows what appears to be a small-sized shopping cart getting pushed into the area on the right of the scanning machine and screen. Meanwhile, another Twitter user noticed the same unknown shopping hack, saying: "This has to be one of the most useful things I’ve seen in awhile!"How many of you knew this?" the person added.was a photo of a cart placed at the self-serve checkout machine in Woolworths Ltd, a chain of supermarkets in Australia.
