Koby Howard, a four-star wide receiver from Florida, is the latest to commit to Penn State's 2025 recruiting class.

But on Sunday, the Nittany Lions were successful in landing a highly-touted pass-catcher.
Howard, who ranks as high as the No. 28 receiver and No. 145 overall prospect by Rivals, chose the Nittany Lions over three other finalists: Florida, Florida State and Ole Miss.
