Head coach Mike Sullivan announced Sunday that centreCoach Sullivan confirms that Evgeni Malkin was out of the lineup due to a week-to-week upper-body injury.
Sullivan on replacing Malkin : "He's a tough guy to replace. He's an elite player, so that speaks for itself. As far as what we're going to do moving forward, we'll probably take it game to game and see how it goes."
