Sentences for offences committed in Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Chetwynd, Taylor, Tumbler Ridge and areas
- Skyler Brandon Jackson was sentenced to 21 days in jail, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault with a weapon.
- Gregory James Redbear was sentenced to time served and one year probation for uttering threats, committed in Tupper. Redbear was in custody for 246 days prior to sentencing. - Darin Chad Loeppky was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and one year probation and prohibited from driving for 18 months for dangerous driving, fleeing police and mischief to property over $5,000, committed in Farmington and sentenced to time served for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, committed in Fort St. John. Time served was not available.
