PBA seeks explanation from Blackwater over early return to practice
MANILA, Philippines -- Blackwater Elite found itself in hot water after the team made an early return to practice, ahead of the go-signal of the Philippine Basketball Association and other agencies.
However, the PBA has yet to give an official go-signal for teams to return to practices, despite getting permission from the Inter-Agency Task Force last July 3. "The joint administrative order of GAB, PSC and DOH , plus the IATF resolution has not yet come out, and they violated the restrictions," Mitra said in a message to ABS-CBN News.
