With his contract running out in June, all signs point to the France international leaving the Red Devils as a free agent once the 2021/22 campaign concludes.
While it has been known that Pogba has considered moving on from United for some time, talk of his upcoming exit has gained momentum in recent weeks amid the club's poor run of form. The midfielder was reportedly hurt by the recent boos directed towards him by supporters of the struggling 20-time English champions and is, as a result, closer than ever to an exit.
With there being plenty of interest in which club he could join for free later this year, Pogba is not against remaining in the Premier League, according toIf he does stay in England, only a few teams would be able to afford his wage expectations, with the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner among the highest-paid players in the league.
This would likely leave only Manchester City, Chelsea and Newcastle United as potential destinations for the player, who is also said to be on the radars of Real Madrid, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.
