Paul Newman's daughters, Susan and Nell Newman, are suing the Newman's Own Foundation, claiming that they have strayed from their father's wishes for charitable donations.

"The heart of Mr. Newman’s estate planning was to keep his children involved in philanthropy, specifically by requiring to allocate a certain amount of its millions of dollars of annual donations to charities identified by his daughters," the complaint states. Newman’s Own all natural Marinara sauce in a glass jar sitting on a kitchen counter ready to heat and serve over any pasta or meat dish. All profits go to charity.
The complaint says the individuals who directed the shift away from Paul Newman's well-documented wishes are his advisor Robert Forrester – who later become CEO of Newman's Own Inc. and president of NOF – and his business manager Brian Murphy.
