CAF president Patrice Motsepe has expressed his sorrow at the shock news of the death of South African football legend, Lucas Moripe.
Image: CAFConsidered one of the greatest figures in South African football,Moripe, who left his mark on clubs Pretoria Callies and Orlando Pirates, passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, November 20.
In his honour whilst still alive, a street in Atteridgeville was named after Moripe, and this was followed by the renaming of the Atteridgeville Super Stadium in 2010. Shots fired? Differantly-abled Mia Le Roux has indirectly accused Miss Universe organisers of ‘not doing enough’ to include her. Viola Davis has been named the recipient of the 2025 Cecil B. DeMille Award at the 82nd Annual Golden Globes.
