Mason Hancock says staying switched on can see his side through to the Premiership play-off semi-final
Mason Hancock doesn’t think Firhill will give Partick Thistle an edge as Airdrie head there in their Premiership play-off quarter-final second leg this evening.
The tie is locked at 2-2 from Tuesday’s first leg at New Broomfield, with Nikolay Todorov’s early opener cancelled out by strikes from Luke McBeth and Scott Robinson, with Gabby McGill levelling five minutes into the second half. “It’s just about staying switched on, knowing where their threats are, and if we do that I’m confident we can come away on Friday and go into the semi-final.”
“We just had a 10-minute spell in that first half where a few individual mistakes – which are going to happen – caused goals.
