Parliament warned against sending Hlophe to JSC, which found him guilty of gross misconduct
MKP wants to send its parliamentary leader, John Hlophe, to the JSC, whose finding of gross misconduct against him led to his removal.
Designating someone to the Judicial Service Commission who was found guilty by that same body of gross misconduct would be completely inappropriate, irrational and susceptible to legal challenge.
