The 13-year-old Parktown Boys' High School pupil fell into a river when the makeshift raft he was in, overturned during a school camp in Brits in the North West.Lesufi says it will also indicate who should be held accountable. “We are devastated at the department...and will do everything in our power to compile a proper report,” Lesufi said.
