Furious Scots dad unable to park in own driveway after council build ‘1ft’ high kerb
A war of words has broken out between a Newmains resident and the council over access to his driveway following the construction of a new £20million school.

“I spoke to one councillor who told me to seek legal advice. Why should I have to pay for a lawyer when I have done absolutely nothing wrong and someone else has made a mess of it?”
