Buyers and sellers included New York executives, a yoga school owner and a Beverly Hills LLC.Hal Baird paid cash for a new 5,042-square-foot house in Paradise Valley. Designed by PHX Architecture, the house with four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms also comes with butcher-block bar seating, a family room with 13-foot ceilings, a wet bar, a loft and an elevator.

David Arustamian and Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty had the listing.Dennis and Stina Farrow bought a 6,037-square-foot home in Scottsdale’s Desert Highlands community. The Santa Fe-style house with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms also comes with several fireplaces, Venetian plaster walls, wood-beam ceilings, a theater, an exercise room and a large bar. Larry Graveel, president of the textile firm GFSI, sold it.
