Fans waited hours to see Pamela Anderson in person Monday as the model and actor made a promotional appearance at Indigo in Mayfair Shopping Centre.
Photos with Anderson, who was seated behind a desk and flanked by security, were not permitted, but guests who received wristbands were give up to one minute to chat with the Ladysmith native while she signed their book. The meet-and-greet was full of activity, from a dance-off between fans — the winners each received $25 gift certificates at Indigo — to a marriage proposal between a guest and his girlfriend.
Victoria fan Jordan Hanford, 54, said he had Anderson’s poster for Labatt on his wall when he was 21 and was excited to finally meet her Monday.
