A Paisley resident was left in stitiches after spotting a trio of men trying to get the perfect abs in the middle of the street during the early hours.
The man caught the moment on camera when the individual dropped to the pavement beside some bins and started doing sit ups at 6.20am on October 3. His pal seems to be watching over as he continued his work out. One passer-by, who was out walking his dogs, was baffled by the groups on street regime.
