“Ang shear line ay nagbabalik. Meron pa ring kalat kalat na pag-ulan and thunderstorms sa bahagi ng Southern Luzon and Visayas ,” said Estareja in a public weather forecast on Sunday, March 5. Areas affected by the shear line are as follows: Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Samar.
