The defendant sexually and physically abused the victim when she was between the ages of 5-11 years old beginning in 2007.
The abuse occurred at multiple locations across Chester County when the defendant babysat the victim and at other times.
Throughout the years of abuse, the defendant would sexually assault her while they were outside when he babysat her, or he would pin her down inside her home and forcibly rape her.
