Timothy Stroud Sr. is jailed in Lycoming County without bail as a danger to the community.
JERSEY SHORE – A Lycoming County man has been accused of sexually assaulting five girls between the ages of 4 and 17 over a 26-year period.
State police said they initiated an investigation after receiving a phone call in December from an acquaintance of Stroud who expressed concern for the girls allegedly sexually abused by him between 1992 and 2018.
